Mel, this brought tears to my eyes and a lump in my throat. I wish the happy part of his life was longer but at least it was happy. I adopted at 16 y/o chow tied to a tree his entire life. When he came to our home with a big fenced yard, handicap ramp and doggie door, He pranced around like he hit the lottery. He lived only one more year but at least his last year was happy.
Such a touching video. So sad that his happy life was cut so short.

Beautiful story of the "Life of George". He brought so much happiness to those who loved him. So sad when that day comes when our loved ones pass on. But the memories last forever.
I really enjoy her videos. She's so charming, as well as doing such good work. Great story about a rescue. I've seen far too many abandoned dogs, unneutered, on the streets; and it's very sad.
