Help

No Sound

First check the video player sound control. It should look like the example picture below.
If not hover your mouse over the slide control beside the speaker icon, hold down the
left mouse button and slide to your right. If that doesn't work check to see if you have sound
on any other programs on your computer. If not you may have an unplugged wire or you may
need to update your video player software. This is a free update from http://adobe.com

  • Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed or Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
  • Chrome, Firefox 1.1+, IE 5.0+, or Safari 1.0+

If you're having trouble watching streaming videos, please make sure that you have a plug-in installed on your computer. Most of the videos listed in our search results are flash videos and require the Abode Flash Player plugin. You can install the Abode Flash plugin by visiting http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/.

Some of the videos listed in our search results are non-flash videos that we've indexed from the hosting site. We determine which plugin to use by looking at the file extension (.mpg, .mov, .wmv, etc) of the video. If the associated plugin is not already installed on your computer, you'll be prompted to download the plugin or player. Click here for a list of some helpful links where you can download plug-ins.

If videos still won't play in your browser, you may need to enable JavaScript.

To enable JavaScript in Firefox, please follow these steps:
  1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Options."
  2. Check the "Enable JavaScript" check box.
  3. We also recommend checking the "Load images automatically" check box.
  4. Click "OK."

Finally, if you have ad blocker, popup blocker, internet security, or anti-virus software installed, it may cause JavaScript to malfunction. Many browsers and applications allow you to disable the blocking or security mechanisms for specific websites. Disabling these features for http://coolestone.com will disable them within Coolestone Video's individual playback pages as well.
