First try refreshing your browser or try another browser. If that doesn't work, read the following.

All the videos on my website are embedded from Youtube. From what little information I can find Youtube is testing turning off videos for certain users that are not logged into a Youtube account or using a VPN to view videos. If you have a Youtube account, please try logging in and see if you can then view the videos on https://mvotd.com. If you're using a VPN, try turning it off to view the videos. There are a few other work arounds but they are pretty confusing to use. If you have the skills you might try searching Google for "Youtube Sign in to confirm you're not a bot" for a fix. I didn't see any that looked easy. Our best hope is that Youtube completes their test and realizes this is a big mistake. Until then, please check in daily to see if you still getting the error message. Sorry it took so long to figure out what was going on with this. Mel

Video Script:
The day could be today that your career is over. Now we know you have these ideas about doing something but what if today is the day that you said do the rest at the end not in the middle that's something I always live by. I'm not gonna rest I'm gonna keep on pushing. I have a lot of questions and I have answers I don't have even questions for but I'm just going to keep going because it sucks to lose. You have different ways to get better there are certain things that you can figure out that you can take advantage of all right certain weaknesses that were exposed one things I would do is everybody would be at the cafeteria work you know eating and doing sort of stuff I just go back in the job you're not going to outwork me one of the things that had to learn is how to get the best out of my teammates the challenge for me was always compassionate and I started really making a conscious effort to better understand and that doesn't mean when you have compassion and good to see you soft it's more like you put you put yourself to the side you put yourself in their shoes and understand what they're feeling and then you have to make certain decisions I'm okay what buttons do I need to push for this manner to get them to the next level the leader your job is to get the best out even if they may not like it at that you know when you're in this culture in our society you do some phenomenal things and but they'll never reach their full potential unless you didn't collectively you have to figure out how to do that whether you win or you lose you go back and you look and you find things that you could have done better you find things that you've done well that worked figure out how did they work why did they work and but the hardest thing is to face that stuff you know it has its ups and downs things are never perfect but to love you continue to persevere you youthful and then through that storm beautiful Sun emerges right there never be another storm comes guess what you ride that one out too so I think love is a certain determination and persistence to go through the good times and the bad times with someone or something that you truly love I think a definition of greatness is to inspire the people next to you yeah I think that's what greatness is it should be this is not something that's that that lives the dies if one person is how can you inspire a person to then in turn inspire another person I've been inspires another person that's how you create something I think lastly that's our challenge as people is to is to figure out how our stool you can impact others and motivate them in a way to create their own ingredients Madison Square Garden lit up in the Lakers uniform colors purple and gold to honor Kobe Bryant Bryant and his 13 year old daughter.
