Mother Gets Special Needs Playground Built So Her Daughters Can Play Together

Shirley Ordonio is the mother of twins, one of whom was born with cerebral palsy. She wanted her kids to be able to play together, so she fought for more inclusive recreational playgrounds and won. Now the movement she started has spread through Brazil and some states have already adapted these playgrounds.
