Description

Please enjoy this Independence Day tribute to the American Heroes who have sacrificed all in defense of the freedoms that we enjoy every day.

Take a look back across the vast expanse of conflict, commencing on June 6th, 1944, D-Day, where the fate of the free world hung precariously in the balance. Witness riveting photographs capturing the dawn of America's global engagement, as the Greatest Generation stood shoulder to shoulder in the face of tyranny, their hearts ablaze with a fierce devotion to liberty.

As the lens shifts forward, the tumultuous tempest of Vietnam beckons, revealing the painful complexities of an era that tested the very fabric of American society. Witness the profound moments of heroism and humanity that emerged from the crucible of strife, as American soldiers etched their names in history's annals, forever reminding us of the cost of war.

Traverse the vast expanse of desert in the Persian Gulf and catch glimpses of courageous souls who braved the unforgiving sands, their unwavering determination kindling a beacon of hope amidst a landscape marred by chaos.

With the advent of the twenty-first century, the dark specter of 9/11 casts a long shadow, plunging the nation into an unyielding quest for justice and security. Bear witness to a remarkable collage of photographs that illuminate the heroism and resilience of American soldiers who embarked on arduous missions in the far reaches of Afghanistan, their unwavering commitment to freedom undiminished by the harsh realities of war.

The photographic journey is accompanied by the inspiring music of Randy Travis - an American treasure himself. Join us as we embark on this unforgettable expedition through time, an ode to the men and women who have steadfastly defended the values that form the bedrock of our great nation. Their actions, captured through the lens of history, shall forever inspire and resonate, reminding us of the indomitable spirit that resides within us all.

  • Andrea Added Thanks for posting this, Mel. Very moving for me as I lost my dad in Korea, his 30th birthday, his plane was attacked by an antiaircraft missile and went down in a ball of flames. I hope the youth of today can find some inspiration from this video, in the heroism of past generations who have fought to save our lifestyle, which seems to be slowly slipping through our fingers without notice. United we stand: divided we fall. Let us never forget that as we battle our ideologies internally. God Bless America.
  • Paul Added God Bless America.....Thank you for your service !!!
  • Jean Added It is always beautiful to VIEW truth which is a reminder of the importance of history. It reminds us of why we should be ALWAYS grateful. It is why WE NEED TO THANK GOD for how blessed we are. We can say that viewing this reminder is how we can say; "THERE IS NO GREATER VALORE!! It should be a time we need to reach back into our memory bank and remember the VALORE represented; The 1776 Americans. The Black Robe Regiment. Now we need to ask; Where is that same courage? Not just on the battlefront but on the home front as well. I ALWAYS remember forever the beginning; December 7 1941 USS ARIZONA. In memory of my uncle forever. He still serves because he went down with his ship. Sailors do that in spirit. Now Americans need to think, remember, REPENT, AND Pray. Pray that God might take away the evil that is in our own land. AMEN Thank you again for this beautiful reminder. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER forget. NEVER, NEVER, EVER GIVE UP!!
