This beautThis beautiful house was built in the late 19th century around 1860-1870. Lots of grand details and woodwork still left but a lot has been taken unfortunately like the newel post at the bottom of the stairs. You can find another video on this house on YouTube from when it still had the full bannister. Unfortunately a large housing development is encroaching around the house and soon the home will be torn down for a new subdivision. There are people that scavenger woodwork from old structures. He should make contact with one or two of them and get that old wood out of there. You will NEVER find wood like that again. Builder cares less about that wood, they want the land; but people like Chip and Joanna Gaines, woohoo, they would be hitting the motherlode.
Also, there has to be a way to the top of that structure, it must be a hidden access, maybe in one of those crawlspaces but there has to be a way to get up there.
