Woman Meets Her Soul Dog On Vacation | The Dodo Soulmates

Megan Rose was on vacation in the Dominican Republic when she met Rumba, a stray dog. It wasn't long before she knew she couldn't leave her behind!

like walking on the beach and I was like oh my god there's a dog over there sure enough we walk over there Roomba is laying in the sand Sun blasting on her and she sees us and her head automatically pops up she runs over to us the first moment I met her she just melted into us she was very thirsty very hungry and then vacation turned into rescue mission I was like we have to figure out how to get her out of here so the plan from day one was to just skip to New York and then get Fosters we have two Border Collies so that's enough in New York City people were always reaching out like I was left to a doctor and I would find something wrong with every single person cuz I knew this didn't want to get rid of her I could not picture my life without her in it but there was just something about this dog I don't know what it was we just had this crazy connection so we just couldn't she's definitely part of the family now he does this thing where he'll just come up to you out of nowhere this pause on your shoulder to press the forehead into yours and just breathe deeply just embrace you we spend a good 15 20 minutes in the morning just doing this when I get home from work we do it again she's very handsy if you're not paying attention she'll just take her fall and move your face however she wants it [Music] super affectionate rumba just my soul mate us meeting at that time for whatever is less hundred percent meant to be rumba and Rosie really clicked that Pharrell just wanted nothing to do with her I got a month and they were in the backyard I was like the first time they played ever and ever since then Pharrell and rumba best friends she automatically very attached to me she just sit with empul week she loves city she loves Central Park she loves throwing on walks she loves it all she leaps on my pillow every night she is the most loving dog he's very protective like she's totally watching after us after we helped her she's always by my side always calling me making sure that we're touching in some shape or form all she wants to do is we loved we'd stop that reconnection that I've never had any other dog or entire life I think she's changed my life and teaching me how to love the way she loves I want to be just like her I want to have that love that she has not only for me but for life and for everyone she needs she's just a force of energy of love [Music] I've never my life had anybody besides my mom love me it's the way that this dog loves me she's just the sweetest sweetest creature like comment and subscribe
