That is an amazing rescue story . . . Charlie could not have been any luckier than Annika finding her. I don't know how they got her neck straight except to say she may have somehow dislocated it (or someone did it to her) but that recovery was wonderful to see. So very happy for Charlie . . . she is going to be the perfect pooch to spend one's life with.
