There are a few other work arounds but they are pretty confusing to use. If you have the skills you might try searching Google for "Youtube Sign in to confirm you're not a bot" for a fix. I didn't see any that looked easy. Our best hope is that Youtube completes their test and realizes this is a big mistake. Until then, please check in daily to see if you still getting the error message. Sorry it took so long to figure out what was going on with this. Mel

Video Script::

[Music] out of nowhere she gets a knock on the door when my mom opens up the door the gentleman on the other end he hands my mom these legal documents she starts flipping through the pages and then she realizes that the property is going to foreclosure she picks up the phone and she calls them up and she goes hello we this is a magi yes i receive the pepes in the mail it says that the property is going to foreclosure but i don't understand every month i pay the landlord on time every month i pay i don't understand why the property is going through foreclosure the lady on the line could tell that my mom sincerely did not understand what was going on she said oh marie even though you've been paying the landlord money every single month on time the landlord has a mortgage the mortgage is attached to the property because of that the bank has the right to foreclose and so ma'am the property is gonna go to foreclosure and so my mom asked her do you think that maybe i can go to the foreclosure cell whoever buys the property i will i will be a good tenant for them i will stay in the property i will i will pay them the event please do you think that they will let me stay and you know what the lady told my mom she said ma'am it's not even worth you showing up whoever buys that property is not going to want to keep your little restaurant in there [Music] so my mom is devastated she's like this is how i take care of my two boys i got all my life savings into this property and so about two weeks later my mom says you know what i know that sometimes you don't just have to listen to what people tell you my mom shows up to the foreclosure cell she's expecting a room full of investors but to her surprise there's only two people there the auctioneer and the representative from the bank now before my mom could realize what's going on the auctioneer steps up to the podium and says ladies and gentlemen we're about to start a bidding process on 540 west atlantic avenue if you're here to be on the property please raise your hand and so naturally the representative from the bank is standing over here she raises her hand my mom who had no intentions on bidding on the property doesn't even know how this thing works my mom decided to take an act of faith and raise her hand the auctioneer said very well we're gonna start the bidding process at thirty thousand can i get a thirty thousand the representative from the bank is standing here says thirty thousand my mom's still in the game no money 35 000. it gets over here to the bankers that bitch says 36 000. this goes on and on now they're in the 40s now they're in the 50s now they're in the 60s now they're in the 70s it gets over here to the bakery as their bankruptcy says 76 000. now my mom's like i might as well have some fun i don't have any money anyway we must be playing with some monopoly money and so my mom attitude and all my mom goes 76 five hundred the representative from the bank is standing here with a clip pad she picks up the clip ad and she says nothing the auctioneer has got to keep the process going he goes seventy six thousand five hundred going once no answer he goes seventy six thousand five hundred going twice no answer he goes seventy six thousand five hundred sold to who my mom the woman who had no intentions on bidding on the property and so my mom is excited she won the bid and then she's like wait a second i actually have to have the money and so they told her you got 30 days to come up with the money and so my mom would go home she'd pull out a notepad and she started writing down the names of all of her friends and all of her family members one by one and she would call them up and tell them the story some would lend her a thousand some would lend her two thousand some would lend her three thousand something or four thousand some lender five thousand and she's three days away and she's still thirty thousand dollars short my mom's taking you maybe this isn't meant to be and then her telephone rings and it's her friend evolves and when her friend calls her up my mom says he was no it's too late half three days i still need thirty thousand dollars people said no marie listen i know you've been calling us but me and my husband we've been saving up money to buy a house we heard you call us we heard the voicemails right now we've saved up thirty thousand dollars we prayed about it we talked about it and we want to lend you the thirty thousand dollars so my mom would go and get the money from evils and all of her friends and all of her family members and she would drive over to the bank and get a cashier's check she would get back in the car drive up to palm beach look at that big thick cashier's window with the little hole at the bottom my mom would probably take that cashier's check and slide it through the little hole and that day my mom went from being the tenant to being the landlord all because she was willing to show up and so here's what i say to you they're going to be times that you're going to be wondering why should i keep showing up and working my business why should i keep picking up the votes and making the phone calls why should i keep fighting for my goals and fighting for my dreams and what i would remind you is that you gotta show up for your life regardless of the circumstances you gotta show up in spite of the naysayers you gotta show up in spite of the conversation going on in your mind you gotta show up for your life because if you don't if you don't nobody else will [Applause] i hated the american training if you're poor you'll always be poor it's passed down genetically there our kids by virtue of where they're born are trapped in poverty people get in money problems because of behaviors the screams woke me up those children are often going to find it difficult to build relationships i saw my dad with this big cowboy belt hurting my sister my mother trying to interfere get between them i scurried underneath a tall green chair shaking not wanting to be seen i was terrified my father looked over and his eyes connected with mine i knew what was going to happen he was going to beat me next and for whatever reason he stopped and he walked away within a few days my mom decided to pack up our family and move 150 miles away not for her own security but for the safety of her family she got a job making salads for a dollar 25 an hour i hated the american dream the kids who had the perfect house the model mother and dad the perfect clothes the perfect haircut i hated it i i hated it because i didn't have it i wanted to destroy that scene i went to a powderpuff football game i bought two dozen eggs and i went out there and i decided i'm gonna throw eggs at these girls while they're playing in the powder puff football pit after launching a couple eggs some of the parents here to yell at me trying to talk to me i wouldn't listen to them that's a juvenile delinquent i didn't need to listen to anyone i felt the tap of my shoulder and i turned around stood six foot six 280 pound ryan that's all i remember i woke up a few minutes later it hurt to breathe my ribs were broke my nose was displaced my eye was black and shut and not one of those parents would help me and it occurred to me the cool karma lesson i had done a lot of bad right then i crawled three blocks home pushed in our front door and my mom was sitting there watching tv and she looked at me in horror and screamed that led to a very lengthy conversation about the fact i've not been going to school the fact that i'd been racing cars and i told her i think this was a sign for my life to change my mother made the decision she was going to send me to a private catholic school so we moved 100 miles away to change my life and one night my mom came home she walked in the door she said we have no money not like a smart aleck teenager i said what's new we never have any money and she didn't spar with me like she normally did she walked quietly over to this little small refrigerator in our kitchen and she turned to me and said i'm going to have to steal some food from work for us to eat for the next two weeks and not missing a beat well i said well steal some steaks mom and she walked over and slapped me across the face and she said i've never stole anything in my life this is a dire situation i'm going to steal potatoes and we're going to have enough potatoes to make potato soup to eat for the next two weeks and she says i want you to remember this moment i know you are bound for greatness but never ever forget this moment find the power in the sun find the power in this moment in the darkest of times you have to stop take a time out make sense of the things that have happened to you in your life the pain the struggle the poverty how do you make those things meaningful that are positive we paid back those potatoes with interest but my mom gave me a really unusual gift the perseverance that i gained through that potato soup story allowed me to go on to start my own company it's allowed me to have two phenomenal children it taught me the values and the ethics that i needed to have both in my company and in my family we created the potato soup foundation and it's helped hundreds of people no one in my life will ever go hungry again no one will ever have to steal potatoes again my mom did that my mom was a very positive force for the negative things that happened to our life we use those things as rocket fuel to propel us to the future to give new generations hope sometimes when you go through these negative events they seem such a horrific part of your life but the key the key is looking back on the pain of your life and seeing how do i let this motivate me for a better future use it as fuel to propel you forward find the power in this moment she had me at 16 years old and for the most part of our life she was a single mother my mother is someone who's very very special to me and i had this dream that man if i could just make it to the nfl i could get my mother or for that double shift that wendy's like man if i can make it to the nfl me and my cousins we won't have to miss meals so most nights i'll be sitting there in the park and i'll be looking up at the lights and i'll be envisioning myself doing things in the nfl envisioning myself doing things for my community and just ask the lights would always go out my mother she would pull up and she would put the car in park i would say mom if you don't mind can you please sit back in your car i have to do some extra drills i have to go to the nfl she would never have to work another day in your life and i'll never forget my sophomore season i finally made it to the point in my life where i felt as if everything in my life was lining up my defensive back coach larry slade came in the room he said inky johnson i got some good news for you and i said coach what is it he said son you're a projected top 30 draft pick he said all you have to do is play these next 10 football games you're automatic multi-millionaire i ran out of the room i got on the phone i called my mother my grandmother i said listen i said after this season we would never struggle i said we would never miss another meal now come out my first game it's a little bit over two minutes left in the game and the quarterback just so happens to drop back and he releases the ball to a guy coming down my sideline and my plan was to annihilate the guy separate him from the ball in the game but at the point of contact when i hit this guy something different happened that had never happened to me before in my life i hit him and it seemed as if every breath in my body left my body was completely limp i fell to the ground i blacked out my eyes opened my teammates ran over to me and said ink it up let's rock let's close it out let's go i said i can't i said what do you mean you can't man we need you i said man you don't get there's a shot going for my neck to my toes i can't feel anything doctors came running from the opposite side and the lead doctor says guys get in here we got to rush this kid back to emergency surgery he's about to die this is when reality set in it was me my mother my father in the room and the doctors came in they said inky johnson here's the deal they said something we hate to tell you about your arm it would never be the same again in your hand it would never be the same again son you can never play the game of football again and she said to him one bad chapter doesn't define the book she said this is only a beginning for my son he'll be fine he's resilient and i walked out of the hospital on the third day you were to strip inky johnson down to his core the spirit the mindset the heart the resilience the dedication and the commitment that you will find that lies on the inside of me is that of ruby lewis which is my mother and she probably gave me the greatest gift that one could give me she believed in me and so i went back to school the next week after they had just saved my life i was back in class i had to learn how to write all over again i had to learn how to walk all over again i had to learn how to tie my shoe all over again i had to learn how to bathe all over again i had to learn how to live life all over again never one time did i say let me go home i need a break and my last doctor visit they came to me they said sorry inky johnson you will never be able to use this armor hand again in your life i said no disrespect to you doc but i will use this arm in his hand every day for the rest of my life by the way that i live my life every day i'm gonna impact someone's life every day i'm gonna empower someone every day i'm gonna inspire someone every day i'm gonna encourage someone because one day in your life you will face something that's a lot tougher than you and your strength and your driving your commitment and your work ethic won't do it you have to realize that it's something on the inside of you that's greater than anything that life can throw at you and immediately i got it every day i get up i understand and somebody in a free world that's looking at me to see if i'm gonna keep going and so i can't quit and i got told what commitment is commitment to staying true to what you said you would do long after the move that you've set it in has left meaning when i don't feel like doing what i said i'm gonna do i'm still gonna get up and i'm still gonna do it one thing about it character is not something that you're born with character is something that you get up every single day you fight and you build it and so when my life changed not only did my football career end i got a paralyzed right arm in hand behind life changed overnight but i was extremely grateful for it because the whole time i understood inky there's another person from the inside that you have to tap into in order to get through one of the darkest toughest roughest moments of your life but ultimately inky everything happens for a reason and you have to understand you've been dealt this you've been dealt this this this adversity this opposition and this challenge because somebody in the world needs to see you get through it so it can serve as a blessing to someone else you
