When we first met Khaleesi , a sweet pit bull mix, she was emaciated and scared. She had been through so much in her young life and we knew she needed extra care and love to heal. But as soon as we introduced her to her foster brother, a playful and energetic pit bull, she began to thrive. She followed his lead and began to gain weight and confidence. Watching them play and bond was such a joy and we knew we had to keep them together forever. And that's exactly what we did. Khaleesi may have come to us as a foster, but she quickly became a part of our family. This is the heartwarming story of how a brother's love and support helped Khaleesi find her way to health and happiness. Follow their journey and fall in love with these two amazing pitties.

What an amazing transformation. She was terribly neglected (by a moron) and yet she has the best disposition a dog can have. Truly a special couple to nurse her back to health. She has like the best family in town taking care of her and she will love them deeply for the rest of her life. And a sibling too! A wonderful story to close out my day, thank you, Mel.
This is a fantastic rescue story! I hated the beginning of this video, but I came to love it before it was over.
I hope whoever mistreated her was punished. She turned into a lovely dog and seems to be very loved with her family. Great story.

I am so glad for Khaleesi. We had a pitbull and she was soooo lovable and we miss her every day. Yes, they are a wonderful breed of dog if they are raised with love. I am glad they kept Khaleesi, she is so happy now.
