In this video, we're touring a lovely and perfectly sized 1-bedroom apartment in Toronto that is 470 square feet. Each room is very carefully designed to use just the right amount of space and not an inch more. Yet it has everything from a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a cozy living room, a bedroom with a work-from-home office desk, and an en suite bathroom. There's just the right amount of storage with three closets, clever cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, and open shelving that Janet added throughout her home, as well as a storage unit in the building for seasonal or bulky items.
