Screaming goat alarm clock. Sunflower Farm Creamery #Video

Everyone told me that Nubian goats were loud. I kept saying how loud can they be? I just loved their ears so much, that I was willing to ignore their voice. Now that I have three mini nubian‘s I know exactly how loud they are. It’s a good thing I love their personality and milk production. I can’t imagine our herd without them, but I have to say that in the early mornings and evenings before they get their grain I do sometimes wonder what in the heck we were thinking adding them to our herd. They scream like Tarzan! By far, Sweet Pea, Thistle and Blossom make more noise than all the other goats combined. Behind the scenes I’ve been trying to get a video of their loudest call, but every time I get close to them they stop and stare at me, expecting me to pet them or let them out, which of course is very funny. I did my best to get at least some of their voices on camera to give you a taste of the insanity! We are finishing up a kids book about sweet pea the goat with floppy ears coming to a farm where all the other goat’s ears point towards the sky. Can’t wait to share it with you!
