    It's a wonderful, unselfish gift he's given to a city... I hope they appreciate all the hard work that has gone into this beautification by such caring artists. Beaumont isn't the town I'd choose to live in though, since it's a coastal city, which (in Texas) means the smell of all the oil refineries along the Gulf of Mexico if the wind is in your direction. It's a nice town if you can handle the "aroma."
