Margo, I knew you could do it and it would change you life kiddo. My last dog was also way overweight but with those walks we knocked 40+ pounds off and Bandit became the dog he was supposed to be, oh so joyful and proud too. If they can do it, we can do it. It just takes commitment.
What a difference. All it took was someone who cares and has a lot of patience.
