Dear Jennifer, it is likely that they were videoing it as another went to find the dustpan. Do you walk around with a dustpan, bc, I know I don't. So easy does it there city mouse.

Instead of immediately rescuing the puppy, the camera person just stands there and videos it's struggles - so callous!
