are you doing old horse trip I look forward every morning to getting up and seeing a horse isn't what came in during the night usually they've been on the trail of approximate 10 to 12 hours and they need a place to where they can roll it stretch though they've been in small stalls and things hauling horses it's a fact of life for ranchers across the country and when you're heading cross-country near El Paso and you need to stop for the night well there is no lakita for quarter horses that is until Johnny being opened up sort of a bed and breakfast for road-weary equines come on let's get these horses over here primarily we have the horse motel here and the track every night of the week somebody's coming through going somewhere we can put up about 45 here the horses here we see the same horses a lot of times over and over and it's just like they're coming back home and I'll see them again [Music] welcome to the Johnny being roadside horse motel it's not exactly five-star accommodations but it is about the best that his four-footed friends will find anywhere around the stalls are cleaned out fresh bedding in them water buckets are scrubbed and put back with clean water so many of the horse comes in that they just go right in and don't have to wait something while the people go to the motels and clean up the horses can they can rest too well how you doing Johnny beans built his business on service treating horses like they were his own and making owners feel right at home I'll tell everybody the that the first 15 minutes to here knew people that we're going to treat him like their guests and after that their family and we want everybody to feel good here Johnny beans been running his horse farm for 40 years he built this business from nothing more than an idea and a barren piece of dry Texas dirt but Johnny built it and the horses came to his welcome oasis in the vast West Texas desert we've started with nothing here just just bare land and built all of this these barns and things and the business has grown from its home than the family we've built it and yes from scratch and just what it is is what the family's made it I know I've lived for 10 years longer than I'd have been doing something else but at least I'm doing what I like to do [Music] you
