Camp Cocker Rescue in California rescued Bazel, and now after getting a BIG makeover, he's looking for his forever home!

Oh [Music] my buddy Nestle don't be nervous would nice ladies oh my god this our dog we just named him basil took four of us to shake him down he had to sedate the mats were so close to the skin that in order to shave it would have been painful for to get that bad in two years I'm guessing probably over five years we think he might be around eight years old so he probably suffered neglect most of his life he probably lived in the backyard somewhere and it probably had no interaction with other animals [Music] it probably took us about maybe two and a half three hours to completely get all the maps off oh my goodness there we go this is what his mats weighed I went to the shelter and I saw the condition he was in I just I couldn't leave him behind I got in front of his kennel for a while trying to get him to come to the gate so that I could try to interact with him and he wouldn't keep with my heart and million pieces you're naked I think he was pretty relieved living with all those mats for years must have been really uncomfortable [Music] the first month he was pretty reactive with people we couldn't really handle him because he would turn around real quick as a warning like leave me alone just when I want to just touch him and kiss him and hug him and he's not ready [Music] can i scratch your chair oh oh he's letting me oh my god I feel so honored you're doing so much better this is not the same dog I pulled from the shelter you're trusting me to rub your belly that's a big step buddy I just started to realize that it's better for him to be in a home environment than in the kennel that he was in Bazzle doesn't like other dogs so I have to keep him separate he needs a home where he can't roam free if I didn't have other dogs I would keep him at the heartbeat he has a really sweet personality he's gentle he gives kisses he loves people he just loves attention and he just wants to be near you he's so special he really deserves his own home where somebody's just gonna spoil me rocky like comment and subscribe
