Video Description:
Siblings Elmer and Elsie were living alone in a junkyard until Hope For Paws came to their aid. After getting Elsie safely out from underneath a shipping container, rescuers saw Elmer come to make sure she was safe. He refused food or pets until he knew his sister was OK.
Great ending Mel-thanks to all who saved these dogs.
So kind and loving - made me smile and cry at the same time, Thank you to those who do such kind and caring work for all of God's creatures
Loved this story. Just so hard to understand how such sweet dogs can end up abandoned like that. Their love for each other was especially poignant.
Loved the video with the dogs, you have done well....
This great! Please do a follow up on these two pups!
Would you believe that this video brought tears to my eyes?!! Thank you for this beautiful story.
I just love sweet, happily-ever-after stories!
So grateful for this organization, wish it wasn't needed and people took care of their animals instead of dumping them.
Very heartwarming video. Hats off to the rescuers, and may many emulate them.
Good rescue video! It would be interesting to know how they got there and
who had been feeding them.
This is a wonderful love/rescue story! And with a great ending, to boot!
love this !
Nice video. Two lucky dogs.
That is heartwarming and am totally happy that they BOTH have found a FOREVER HOME! My dog is 14 now and has surgery coming up on Friday morning. She is a female and is half beagle and half dachshund and I wish I know where to find HOPE FOR PAWS so I could adopt another doggie. Mine is older and I will have to give a forever home to another one asap...Maybe MEL knows how to contact them or someone knows. We have an animal shelter here but 90 % or more of their dogs are to big for me to handle. I am older now and have mobility problems from polio so I need a smaller size like the ones in this video of the brothe and sister. Please if anyone know anything help me to find a dog under 30 pounds and it will be the KING or QUEEN of my castle hahaha. Email me at wkr2014hilly2014@gmail.com and thank you SOOOOO much.
