First try refreshing your browser or try another browser. If that doesn't work, read the following.

All the videos on my website are embedded from Youtube. From what little information I can find Youtube is testing turning off videos for certain users that are not logged into a Youtube account or using a VPN to view videos. If you have a Youtube account, please try logging in and see if you can then view the videos on https://mvotd.com. If you're using a VPN, try turning it off to view the videos. There are a few other work arounds but they are pretty confusing to use. If you have the skills you might try searching Google for "Youtube Sign in to confirm you're not a bot" for a fix. I didn't see any that looked easy. Our best hope is that Youtube completes their test and realizes this is a big mistake. Until then, please check in daily to see if you still getting the error message. Sorry it took so long to figure out what was going on with this. Mel

  • [email protected] Added Yes I enjoyed todays video.
  • CharMaine Added Today I learned (confirmed) . . . thanks Mel.

I had a dog named Mr. Miller. Gentle, easy-going dog for the most part. He was scared during storms. I had him out for our evening walk and someone came around a fence on a private street and Mr. Miller went absolutely crazy on that guy. He didn't bite him, but the guy jumped back and looked at me & the dog. All I said was "there is something wrong with you buddy keep moving". Mr. Miller never did that again, so I am positive dogs know exactly who people are and what their intentions are. Pay attention to your dog's body language. It will help to keep you safe.
  • Patricia Added Very good information. I love dogs and dogs do seem to know it. People should be as loving and trusting as dogs.
  • Bill Added Dogs have always been friendly toward me. I figured it was because they could sense that I likd them. this taught me a lot more. Thanks Mel.

  • Mike Hoffman (SFC ret.) Added While serving in my capacity as an NCO in Kandahar, Afghanistan, I was addressing a large group of American soldiers who were to watch over local nationals on base. As I was addressing them, a large, stray Afghan dog approached and leaned up against me. He followed me around for several weeks and when my replacement took over that morning duty of mine, I woke to find that dog patiently waiting for me outside my tent. He had never been to my tent before!
  • John Added Info is spot on..... same applies to horses to lessor degree.
