That is how our daughter got her dog, named Lucy because she was watching I love Lucy on TV. We had wonderful Lucy for almost 15 years. She was so awesome with cats, etc. Still miss her.

Another lovely case for always adopting a shelter dog! They seem to know they are getting a second chance at a forever home and will be so grateful and loving. Unless you plan to breed them, don't buy a dog from a breeder. And never get a dog from a pet shop, as it probably comes from a puppy mill. Rescue dogs are THE BEST! I know Stella and her forever family will always be happy.
