Truthfully people in Mexico don't give a damn about their dogs. We've had 5M illegals invade our border so far and at the border there is a rescue group that has taken in, last count, 750 dogs that were abandoned at the border by the illegals. The illegals left them at the border to die. Who left those puppies at that beach to slowly die, no food or water? They don't care who or what they use to slither into our country.
