A roller coaster of emotions. Angry over these scummy backyard breeders. For obvious reasons. Sad that she was no neglected. Thrilled this incredible woman with her huge heart took Victoria in to give her the best life going forward. So glad there is a happy ending here. For Victoria and all her other feathered friends.
