You will learn everything you need to know about a person by how they treat their animals. Baily was clearly treated terribly. And now. Life is so much better. Because GOOD people do care. I have a feeling someone will come along very soon that will love her to the moon. Thank God for this rescue team.
So sad to see any animal in that condition and abandoned. Hopefully she gets her best life ever in the end.
