After losing Mae Perm her best friend a number of years ago, Jokia still does not open her heart to accept anyone into her life. We tried to introduce other elephants to her, but seems she still misses Mae Pearm and does not accept anyone. Today, Jokia goes to bathe in the river alone.     She is just having the time of her life. Look how important that trunk of hers is for her to navigate. Animals can teach us to learn to use our other senses to overcome a deficiency. And still have joy . . . And, she definitely needs a friend or two. We all do. Patience, she'll come around.
