AMAZING WAYS TO REUSE FOOD SCRAPS

In this video, you will find a lot of ways you can help the environment by reusing food scraps. When you find food leftovers at home always remember that you can make something cool from them. For example, do not throw away watermelon rinds and make delicious jam for breakfast. Cut watermelon rinds in small pieces. Take a pan and place rinds inside, add sugar and water. Boil, let cool and eat. One more way to make a delightful jam: fill a pot with water and add the orange peels and sugar. Boil and stir. Pour into jars and let cool. Enjoy! You can repurpose orange peels and use them as a natural air freshener in a car. Add shredded wine corks to the planters to trap moisture in the soil. If you have an almost empty mayonnaise jar, do not throw it immediately away. Add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and pepper to mayonnaise leftovers and shake. It will be a perfect dressing for your salad. Did you know that onion skins is a natural dye? You can color your t-shirt. Simply boil onion skins and place t-shirt inside. A t-shirt will change the color to green.
You can make a cheap cleaner from orange peels and apple cider vinegar. The next idea is cool! I bet you didn't know that you can use the avocado pit to make a facial scrub! Sounds crazy? But it’s not! Grate an avocado pit and combine with aloe vera gel. This scrub cleans and moisturizes the skin. You can dye your t-shirt using pomegranate skins.
