Tiny Tui is now two weeks old and doing terrific! This morning at playtime with the littlest kids, he totally kept up with all the leaping and running and fun. After a slow start it is so fun to see him fitting in with the herd. The smallest babies are just three days old, so I’ll keep them safe in the barn for a while longer. But after today’s show in the barn, I think Tui and his siblings are ready to head out to the pasture to play with the rest of the goats this week! It was so exciting to finally see Tui able to hop onto a shaving bail and then leap off to follow his friends today. Acadia is due to have her babies any day now. Then will have a big break until the last three mamas freshen the last week of July. Babies all summer yippee!! I also wanted to say thanks so much to all the new people who subscribed in May (+16k!!!!) and all those who have been following the farm for a decade! We really appreciate you farm friends!
