The Plunk Pod is an instant housing solution because it can be put anywhere, and it's mobile and relocatable. This particular model measures 10' x 32' (3m x 9.75m) for a total of 320 square feet, which includes an integrated front deck. The Plunk Pod can be set up to be on or off the grid depending on the systems. For example, with solar, septic, and a well it could be completely off-grid.
The interior is open concept, with a galley kitchen, a bathroom at the back, and the rest is flex space that can be set up how you want, with seating, a sleeping area, a dining area, etc.
