Description
I colorized, restored, and created the sound design for this rare historical footage showing scenes from North Carolina during the 1930s and 1940s. In this video, you can discover daily life in towns like Monroe, Concord, Albemarle, and others. You can clearly observe the way people lived at the time — their clothing, the architecture, the shops, and the overall atmosphere of these Southern communities during that era.
Video Restoration Process:
✔ FPS boosted to 60 frames per second
✔ Image resolution boosted up to HD
✔ Improved video sharpness and brightness
✔ Colorized only for the ambiance (not historically accurate)
✔added sound only for the ambiance
✔restoration:(stabilisation,denoise,cleand,deblur)
Please, be aware that colorization colors are not real and fake, colorization was made only for the ambiance and do not represent real historical data.
