I colorized, restored, and designed the sound for this rare footage of New York City in the late 1960s, filmed on the 7th Avenue Subway platform. It captures a candid cross section of New Yorkers—working people, fashionably dressed individuals, families, hippies, children, and older adults—most of them unaware of the camera. This unique glimpse into everyday life offers an authentic time capsule of subway culture and urban life in one of the world’s most iconic cities.

The side-by-side comparison of the film is interesting. Overall, a pretty good job on the colorization -- for sure. The several scenes where people "pop" in and out of the frame. That's a little wonky for me . . . especially with Halloween coming up. Yikes!
