Santa Claus Goes Skiing On Christmas Day
Santa Claus Goes Skiing On Christmas Day
On Christmas Day, Santa went skiing,
He hit the slopes, he was so keen-y,
He glided down with such finesse,
The kids below all yelled "Hooray!"
But as he skied, a funny thing happened,
He fell and tumbled, oh how he slanted,
He went rolling down the mountain,
Like a big red snowball, oh what a fontain
The elves laughed and waved,
As Santa flew past, so unbehaved,
But he just laughed and brushed off the snow,
"I'll just have to ski better, don't you know?"
So he tried again, and this time he conquered,
He skied with grace, he was no longer battered,
The kids below cheered, they were so glad,
Santa had finally found his ski-ing pad.
So now every year, on Christmas Day,
Santa goes skiing, in his own special way,
He glides down the slopes with a smile on his face,
Skiing is now his new Christmas Day race.
