Video Description:

The young elephant wandered off to play with his friends and stayed away a little too long. His mother grew worried and called out, hoping her beloved son would come running back. Soon enough, Jai Dee , also known as SaNgae, returned, walking slowly and without a care in the world!

Just like human children, young elephants become more independent as they grow and learn. They begin to explore the world on their own terms, feeling like they are ready to make their own choices. But to their mothers, they always remain under a loving, watchful gaze should they ever get in harm's way.

This is one of the many beautiful features of elephant society—the powerful, unbreakable bond between mother and child.
