Video Description:
When a rescuer first meets Chupey, who looks unlike anything she’s ever seen, she prepares for the worst but chooses to try anyway. Wrapped in blankets and carried like a baby, the quiet pup slowly reveals a playful, stubborn, toy-obsessed personality. What starts as a short foster turns into years of resilience, fetch marathons, and nonstop cuddles.
