Video Description:
A boat crew near Madeira, Portugal, spots something strange floating in the ocean. When they get closer, they discover a terrified sea turtle, tightly tangled in plastic and in desperate need of help.
The compassionate crew refuses to leave him behind. Working slowly and carefully, they cut away the plastic without hurting him and prepare him for his emotional return to the sea. Just before swimming away, the rescued turtle appears to give his heroes the sweetest little thank-you wave.

I'm doing the happy dance for this little guy. I'm especially liking the belly rub before being released. And the flipper waving is super special too. What a glorious save! Folks around the world have beautiful hearts for those in need. Knowing that brings me endless joy.
