This is probably the best wedding proposal I've ever witnessed. The proposal took place at the Pittsburgh Zoo in the penguin exhibit. Mitch and Casey have a penguin theme that has transpired throughout the years, so it is fitting that a penguin would carry the ring out for the surprise.
