Ranger feral foal wants to be part of the herd #Video

Ranger wants to be part of the herd, our other horses stay on pasture to the front of our horse, and Ranger has been living in our back yard... He must be able to smell or hear them, as this morning, it was his mission to go see the other horses.

Ranger has been home for a couple days only so far, we are still trying to figure out finding him a momma mare or nanny horse, as it's important for him to have these social skills growing up. We have some promising leads on some mares, but they are a drive away, we have to decide if we will haul him far.

for now, just for him to be reminded he's a horse - freckles offers a kind and gentle companion.
