Man Finds a Clever Way to Rescue Stranded Dog #Video

A determined man goes to great lengths to rescue a dog trapped in a concrete-lined water channel.

The dog had fallen into the steep-sided channel and was struggling in the water below. After several unsuccessful attempts with a long pole, the man comes up with another idea: attaching a strap to the pole and using it to carefully secure the stranded dog.

After a lengthy rescue effort, he finally gets a hold of her and slowly pulls her up the steep embankment to safety.
