Love Goes Slow | A Song for Caregivers #Video

This one was hard to write. Some songs come easy. Some you avoid.
“Love Goes Slow” is one I’ve been putting off for a long time. It touches people I know personally. It touches memories that don’t leave easy. And truthfully, I wasn’t sure I wanted to put it into words.
My wife Diana — who has been a caregiver herself — asked me to write one that acknowledges caregivers. The ones who sit in the vinyl chair. The ones who stay. The ones who don’t get applause.

This song isn’t for everyone. It wasn’t written to be.
