Goats favorite time? Dinnertime! #Video

Hoppy summer from the goats at Sunflower Farm! The rain finally seems to have stopped in Maine and the goats enjoyed a beautiful day outside grazing in the field. They enjoy almost every part of the day, but it seems their favorite time of all is dinner time! We let the babies out when we feed their mothers so that the kids don’t jump in the grain buckets and the kids get a bit of time to play by themselves…this is their wild time! Goats are mostly quiet, but they do a fair bit of yelling when it’s meal time. Blossom one our mini Nubians who is due in a couple weeks is extra loud and I imagine she’s yelling, “Hurry up! I’m eating for 4 and I’m hungry!” After all the commotion, we are always happy when everyone is fed and settles down for the night!
