First baby goats are here! Triplets! #Video

Oh man. I forget every year how impossibly sweet baby goats are. Thistle had three adorable kids this afternoon! And so the fun begins!


Amelia Bedelia arrived first, a precious dainty doeling. Second was a beautiful brown belted buckling. We are calling him Alexander after the classic kids book Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day! And the last born was a huge buckling who looks like a magical mythical creature — A white belt and epic spots and blue eyes! We are calling him Aslan after the noble lion and true King of Narnia in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Fun to have goat kids who remind us of some of our favorite reading memories!

So excited to head out to see these new friends in the light! Better pics soon.
