Well. I got the Thimble. LOL. And I got the Electric Can Opener. LOL. Got the Hamper. Racking them up now . . . LOL. Snowshoes, yay. Barber Chair, woohoo. Perfume bottle. Oh, I am so proud of myself. LOL. Zenith Remote (thank goodness for this ez one). CRT Monitor, now were getting into my half of the century, LOL. This is crazy! I actually had Clackers. I have seen those binoculars. I've seen that Reel-to-Reel recorder too. Jukebox. Oh yeah. Toot-A-Loop? Had to be very short-lived. Mastered the "Ice Cube Tray". Those actually worked really well. I would love to get my hands on those again. And I got the BP machine. What a miserable score. It was fun though. This is the kind of stuff American Pickers find in old barns. So many of these were from way before, like electricity.
I knew hardly any, either before my time or we just never had them when I was growing up.

Wow! That was a tough one!
Well, this was only I could guess of 12 things and I'll be 80 in April!!! I lived on a farm my first 7 years and never saw any of these things. But, it was something I learned today so I don't feel I didn't know these items. So, it was fun anyway!!
sphygmomanometer is the proper name for the blood pressure apparatus!!! I learned on one of these in nursing school back in the 70's! Took temperatures with mercury filled gl*** thermometers...rectally!!!!
I got 30, very interesting enjoyed it.
