Such a cutie . . . no name. Too domesticated to go back in the wild after that long recovery, not to mention it wasn't very interested in going back into the wild. And that appears like it is just fine with both of them. Quite the cool domicile the kiddo has to live in. I wouldn't leave either. Enjoy the adventure, both of you.
A lovely little story, with tips on caring for a wild animal in need. I recommend it highly. But I would have left the squirrel in the trees, to pursue its natural life.
