This one is a knockout! Gorgeous factory red over red, #s matching 454 with GM of Canada documentation. The motor had a performance build, you better hold on! It also includes photos of the professional body off frame restoration. They did everything, it was completely apart in and out.

EXTERIOR: Oh boy, the body and paint is outstanding! It is laser straight; I don't see any damage. You do know the t-tops come off and the rear window pops out which practically makes it a convertible. It has the raised hood for the big block engine hiding underneath. The red paint would more appropriately be called red glass. It has an absolute mirror like reflection. The chrome handles, mirrors, bumpers, emblems are all new. The windshield is crystal clear and weather strips were replaced. It rolls on 15x8 Corvette rally wheels with new trim and BF Goodrich tires.

INTERIOR: I'm sitting inside what feels like a brand new Corvette! New carpet front to back including stingray floor mats. The seats are recushioned and reupholstered in glove soft leather. The door panels are an excellent shape, so is the dash and all the plastic trim. It's all one shade of red too. The console looks great and has the correct reverse lockout shifter. All the gauges are clean and functional, the factory radio is in place.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The #s matching 454 was rebuilt with a boost in horsepower. Claimed to be pushing 500 hp, it sounds and runs like it! It has 10.5:1 compression, roller cam, aluminum intake and headers. It's detailed real fresh too. The first thing I noticed was the gleaming chrome on the valve covers, air cleaner and ignition shielding. All the components look new: brake booster, master cylinder, alternator, vacuum pod for the wiper door, etc.

UNDERSIDE: It was body off frame restored and we have detailed photos showing every piece taken apart, rebuilt and detailed. It has independent suspension front and back which was all rebuilt: bushings, balljoints, shocks etc. The steering was also rebuilt. The brake system was completely redone, lines and hoses replaced, e-brake is hooked up. It has disc at all four wheels. A correct replacement exhaust system was installed with the square tips going through the valence. Looking up at the motor it is still spotless Chevy Orange with an upgraded high torque starter. It has a 1972 M-22 Rock Crusher 4-speed Muncie trans and the correct 3.55 posi rear end. The fiberglass floors look great, and it has its spare tire carrier in place.

SERVICE: After our inspection we rebuilt the carb and installed an electric choke, repaired the washer pump, cleaned the blower switch, adjusted the steering box and e-brake.

This is a hot, sexy Corvette! A factory red/red with a 454 and 4-speed makes it extremely desirable.

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car, make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded, and you will be given a 1 year membership.
