EXTERIOR: Very nice fit and finish. The body is not damaged, it has clean wheel well openings. The headlights and doors fit nice; I closed each door with one finger. Repainted its original Daytona Blue metallic color. It's all laid out evenly, polished very smooth and glossy. There is some minor age cracking in the paint, not the body. Weatherstrips were replaced. chrome and stainless has been restored or replaced. Reproduction Firestone tires wrap around an excellent set of spinner hubcaps.
INTERIOR: My favorite part is the glove soft genuine leather upholstery and armrest. It is like brand new from carpet to headliner. In front of me is a mint instrument panel, dash pads, knobs etc. Correct brushed center cone gauges, correct 6,500 redline tachometer and a quartz movement clock. The am-fm radio works. It has the correct laminate glove box door. The carpets are pristine front to back, correct clear formats. The center console is mint, correct reverse lock out shifter shift. The headliner and visors are excellent. Door panels and all their trim is excellent. The jack is properly stowed behind the seat. The air conditioning looks factory from inside the car.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: You can be confident that this is the original engine because it has been verified by Al Grenning and comes with his certificate. It's the optional 340 horsepower 327 which comes with a Duntov cam, 11.25:1 compression, solid lifters, aluminum intake, bigger carb and more. Externally it is dressed up with finned valve covers and has deep groove pulleys to keep those belts from flying off at high RPMs. This one has the correct air cleaner, ignition shielding, fuel filter etc. Correct cooling system: radiator, shroud, fan, hoses, clamps and dated expansion tank. Every component looks proper, correct, and restored. It has spring clamp battery cables and a disconnect switch. The modern heat and air conditioning system were carefully added, all original parts will be included.
UNDERSIDE: The body was taken off the frame. The entire chassis was disassembled, rebuilt, restored, detailed and put back together. Assembly line markings were duplicated. First year for independent suspension front and back. Disc brakes were not available but this one has the optional metallic brakes. It has a correct dual exhaust with polished tips going through the valance. Looking up at the motor it's clean Chevy Orange. It has the lower shielding over the plug wires, correct canister type oil filter, correct numbered starter. It has it's Vin number matching T10 4-speed. Rebuilt drive shaft. Original dated rear end with 3.55 posi gears. Correct raw fiberglass floors are very clean. It has the complete spare tire carrier.

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car, make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded, and you will be given a 1 year membership.
