Real 1938 all metal truck. Complete body off frame custom build. It has exceptional fit and finishes throughout. Updated with all the modern conveniences from a/c to overdrive.

EXTERIOR: It's all metal: the fenders, running boards, box, cab. It's in excellent shape, I don't see any rust or damage. It is obvious it was a professional restoration. The doors click shut with one finger, best I've ever seen on an old truck! Very smooth and glossy paint. The Beige is like glass, the Copper has beautiful gold sparkle. It has a little hand pin stripe. There's a lot of extra chrome like the bumper brackets, headlight brackets, door hinges, window frames etc. Aluminum step plates keep the running boards protected. on the running boards. It has Halogen headlights, LED taillights and bullet turns signals.

INTERIOR: Recently redone, all genuine leather upholstery. Custom diamond stitched saddle brown seat. All leather headliner, visors, door panels, kick panels and more. Premium Mercedes square weave carpet and mat with leather bound edges. Nice billet pedals. The tilt column has a polished wood steering wheel. The dash is laid out nice, it has a set of Stewart Warner gauges, nice looking a/c vents. A custom lower panel has the controls and stereo. There are 6x9 speakers, LED interior lights, the window cranks and handles match the steering wheel spokes. It has a unique clock above the mirror.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Very smooth running small block Chevy. It is fully dressed in polished parts. The aluminum intake is polished, it has a chrome Holley Sniper fuel injection system and an HEI ignition. Matching set of finned aluminum valve covers and air cleaner with copper painted inserts Is? Chrome covers over the exhaust manifolds. The front of the engine has billet bracket and pulleys, chrome a/c compressor, power steering pump and alternator. An aluminum water pump, radiator and a big electric fan keeps it cool. It has a Wilwood master cylinder. The firewall and under the hood are painted really nicely.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Inside the box is clean straight metal painted nicely. The floor is beautifully finished wood with polished stainless strips.

UNDERSIDE: Body off frame restored, every part was replaced or restored. Mustang ll independent front suspension with tubular control arms, coil over shocks, 2 inch drop spindles and a rack & pinion steering. In back it has lowering leaf springs and shocks. Fuel tank is replaced and relocated under the bed. It has a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. Updated brake system with drilled and slotted discs at all four wheels. Updated e-brake assembly. Looking up at the motor it has a new starter, chrome flywheel cover and a finned aluminum oil pan. Upgraded 700R-4 overdrive automatic with a chrome pan and an external oil cooler. 10 bolt rear end with a finned aluminum cover. It was all painted and detailed, it looks new!

Our inspection and service: All we had to do was calibrate the speedometer!

This is quality. I'm very impressed with the fit, finishes and function top to bottom, in and out. It would cost much, much more to build than what we are asking!

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car, make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded, and you will be given a 1 year membership.
