Description
An amazing video has emerged of a wild leopard being rescued from a well in India. In the footage, captured by wildlife photographer Sujan Shetty in Mudrady, Udupi, Karnataka on Saturday, a group of villagers and forest officials can be seen pulling the animal to safety from the 15-feet deep well. According to news reports, the young leopard was discovered in the well on the Divya Sagar Estate at 09:00am (local time) on Saturday after presumably falling in during the night. Following the rescue, the animal was taken to the RFO Depot in Hebri where it received treatment for injuries to its nails.
