Wow. I had no idea all that was going on with my milk. I love milk and I could relate to everything they said. I wonder if the same applies to half & half. I do keep that on the door. Luckily, I keep the milk on the shelf away from the light. Didn't know even light affects the shelf-life. Thanks for the lesson, Mel. I appreciate being informed about the little things in life.
