I didn't realize so many other countries ran on the 24 hours system. A friend passed away last March. I contacted the Funeral Home to get some details. The gal answered and I asked several question including what time he passed. She said the D.C. said 18:15 but then she said, "I don't know what that means". I explained Military time to her. Odd the regular hospital marked it like that although he was former military. Odder that she didn't know.
