TUTTI FRUTTI BOOGIE WOOGIE - Sondre, Tanya, William & Maeva! #Video

This turned out to be even better than we thought!
When we arrived at SwingAout Festival, during the first dinner on the 10th of August we agreed with William, Maeva and JB, that we have to do some fun video together! What a chance - awesome dancers combined with JB's filming (and dance) skills can create some cool stuff. Then we realised that we also have Vince who can play live.
Firstly we decided to do it during the day time - randomly dancing on the river bank while Vince is playing his guitar. The camp was rolling, every day brought different events and happenings. William was very busy as the main organiser, we were tired of teaching...so it was never a good spontaneous moment. But every time we got to sit together we kept on remembering that we MUST film that video!
Then we agreed to film FOR sure on the last Thursday of the camp! Guess what! We forgot. All of us...Haha We were too tired and the head wasn't there. Sondre said, okay, let's be spontaneous about it again.
On Friday, the pre-pre last day, William suddenly comes to dinner and says: Guys! We must record that video! Let's do it during the party! We take the lights out to the river bank (at night), take Vince and make something "romantic" but fast.
All right, let's do it! But when? On Saturday! (the pre last party) Deal!
Saturday arrived and then... Marc (the owner of the apartment) comes and suggests to do it at his place. Just so you know, the place is insane! It is all made as a vintage loft, the bar shaped as a 20s airplane, tons of details all either original or made in the style of 20s-50s
The place looks amazing and feels amazing! We had several afterparties there and are very thankful to Marc. So here he comes with this full new idea to record at his.
All righty, let's do it! On Sunday... The very last day of the camp. So it means, if it isn't Sunday, the video isn't happening. We are dancers, not a Swiss Clock hahaha
So here we are at 02:00 A.M. after the very last party of the SwingAout Festival together with William, Maeva, JB, Vince, Ben and Marco - all ready to record. While we were preparing and discussing the shooting, a few people came for the afterparty including William's mom. Some of them had to lie behind the furniture so you wouldn't see them. It was super funny to watch them jump down when the camera was approaching. Some are standing behind the bar creating the effect of the "crowd" when you see Tanya swinging her skirt.
We had some funny moments while recording, like William was forgetting the counts, Sondre was misleading me in the last move, I was failing the turn before the split and Maeva... she was always perfect. Damn! hahah Even Vince made a mistake once... So we laughed and joked all the time as you can imagine.
All in all it looks awesome in the end and there are no cuts! So we managed!
