Such a special story . . . I hope they prosecute the moron ass-wipe that had all 40 of them dogs chained up to begin with.
Lovely story. I like that the dogs were given to the foster for her to teach the pups how to learn as well as what to learn. Fosters know what to do, and more than once the foster decides to adopt her little ones,,,a two-way bond between foster and animal.
