    What a low-life to surrender such a precious, gentle soul in her senior years. It would be a shame if that same person was to spend their last days pushed to the side due to their family "surrendering" them. Karma is a bitch. I have no doubt that with a minimal effort the owner could have quickly found Annie a loving family to take her over. I wonder if they threw her out of the car as they drove by the sanctuary.
